A New "Disciples of Democracy" Podcast
And this time, we forced a live audience to listen
A brand new Disciples of Democracy podcast has dropped. This one takes off from a recent Archer’s 🏹 Line: “A Brief History of Demoralization.”
Jack Messenger and I take a look at the wider picture, the “art” of being lazy in America.
To be fair, laziness isn’t reserved for Americans. In reality, the trend toward laziness has been a part of humanity’s makeup since humanity started, and technology is just the latest process.
But there’s another kind of laziness, and it’s one that can be fatal to democracy.
To make that pleasant topic even more fun, Jack and I recorded this episode in front of a live studio audience. I have been authorized to say that they were there of their own free will, but not all of them made it to the end.
The latest Disciples of Democracy is available on Apple, Spotify, and wherever you get your podcasts. You can also get all the episodes at podbean.com here.

Interesting, guys, thank you. When speaking of Christianity and embroiling it with politics I have trouble with generalizations. Regardless the religion (Muslim, Christian, etc.) the biggest teaching in every one is love of our fellow humans. That's it. So simple. Includes feeding the poor and uplifting the downtrodden and on, and on. Does NOT include judging anything. Not wealth, not the actions of others, not, not.....
To me that simplifies it all because whatever someone else believes matters not. What they do matters not unless harm to others results...and then it is not ours to judge. It's not just that we don't get to do that. We should all feel freed and liberated because we aren't then needed to do it.
