I do not trust corporations blowing their own horns. Ever. Also, while AI is clearly going to shape our future, I feel about it pretty much the same as I feel about social media. I won't personally use it but when there is something newsworthy happening on social media I will read about it from someone I trust. Like you. AI is part of my life because it's so pervasive but I don't use it personally. I see it when I do an internet search but nearly always I ignore it and look for a source I trust. I will occasionally compare what AI gives me to what I get elsewhere. It just seems as though I am very far from being convinced to actively integrate it into my life. I give my attention carefully and sparingly and AI hasn't won me over. Not yet.
